Types of objects

The object type enumerator is used for easier organization and subdivision of objects. In the form Object Type List we have the possibility to filter records above each column and click on the column name to enable ascending or descending sorting according to this column.

The object type can be created using the New record button, then in the object type detail it is possible to select subordinate object types. The Root object type checkbox has only an informative function. In addition to name, code, activity and order, it is possible to select the activity of the type. By deactivating the object type, objects that have this type selected will not be deactivated. However, it will not be possible to classify other objects under the inactive type.
