Here we will show how the system administrator adds new users and what data needs to be filled in.


The system administrator is authorized to add new users to the system through settings.

- (cogwheel in the upper right part)


WHEN ENTERING A NEW USER INTO THE SYSTEM, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE FILLED IN
  • Name
  • Last name
  • E-mail (for sending notifications)
  • Partner (in case it is an external user = customer)
  • Role (to be explained later)
  • Language
  • Profile (Customer/Internal)
  • User is an employee (for employees who will report work)
  • Default object (for customers, the object is pre-populated automatically when creating requests)
  • Further settings are made e.g.: in the permissions tab, permissions (agendas, objects, technologies, etc.).
