Creating a request

The request is entered into the system through the web environment - by selecting New Request.

It is also possible to send a request to an e-mail address, the request is automatically stored in the system. Your e-mail box is automatically set up. The name of the mailbox is derived from the name of your instance. So if your instance is e.g. Zakaznik1.insio.cz, the form of the email address will be zakaznik1@insiomail.cz (the domain Insiomail is always used).


THE FORMAT OF THE REQUEST FORM IS AS FOLLOWS

  • It is also possible for the Helpdesk Dispatcher to enter a request on behalf of the customer.
