Entering the device
When setting up a device, the user assigns a technology to the device. Templates associated with the given technology are automatically loaded into the plan. The user then specifies when the last revision or inspection was carried out, and from that date, tasks are generated automatically according to the set frequency.

A maintenance plan and an overview of the tasks and helpdesk requests that are linked to the device are available.
The device, like the Helpdesk, can have its own workflow and device statuses.
