PRESET ROLES
ADMINISTRATOR - Your role, you can configure the system, create users and assign roles.
USER - Requests and fills out a travel order, asks for approval.
APPROVER - Approves the travel request and checks the progress in the end of trip.
ACCOUNTANT - Pays travel reimbursements, corrects erroneously entered data.
TREASURER - Disburses the advance.

THE SYSTEM IS PRECONFIGURED WITH THE FOLLOWING WORKFLOW

All roles are preconfigured for testing and you can try out the entire travel order process.

For full use with multiple users, just create users and assign them one or more of the roles mentioned above.
