Tasks in the system are divided according to the agenda: Operational maintenance and Planned maintenance.


TASKS CAN BE CATEGORIZED BY TYPE:
  • Task
  • Equipment
  • Technology
  • Object

Documents (e.g. inspection reports, service reports) can be attached.
If the task originated from a helpdesk request, this fact is indicated in the request overview.

  • Time spent or material consumed can be reported within the tasks.



The status of a particular task is recorded through a workflow that corresponds to the following diagram.


In case the given action has been completed, the user indicates this fact in the PERFORMANCE DATE in addition to closing the request through the workflow . If it was a planned maintenance, the actions have a pre-populated PLANNED DATE according to the maintenance plan.

Tasks are handled by users in the Technician role, and it is also possible for new tasks (i.e. those that do not yet have a solver) to be assigned by the dispatcher to individual workers via the WORKPLANNER.

  • HELP REQUIREMENTS can also be scheduled using the scheduler (you only need to switch the module in the upper left corner).


  • You can also search and filter between tasks or export them to XLS.
