Transport

The transport method dialer is linked to the form Purchase orders. It is used to specify the delivery method. In the form Transport number we have the possibility to filter the records above the columns and click on the column name to enable ascending or descending sorting according to this column.

A new mode of transport can be assigned to the application by pressing the New record button and filling in the required fields. To delete a transport method, double-click on the relevant record and press the Delete button, which will be displayed in the pop-up window.

Parameters of the transport method record:

• Name - any string
• Code ext. - delivery method code (link to external applications)
• Product - the given shipping method can be limited only for a single product
• Order - relative numerical order in the list of shipping methods
• Active - allows to set the activity (applicability) of the transport method
• Allow to enter the delivery point - for a given transport method, when this option is enabled, the form for filling in the delivery point (shipping point) is displayed
• Default - only one default transport method can be entered in the system. This transport method is automatically pre-selected in the forms where the transport method is applied (for example, in the form Purchase orders)
