Operational and planned maintenance

Tasks in operational maintenance can be created either directly from the maintenance task overview or via a helpdesk request.

Planned maintenance tasks are generated automatically according to the plans for the specific equipment.

There are so-called technologies in the system for which templates can be defined. The basic list of technologies and templates is predefined and can be freely modified as required.
